Discover 27/4
The setting pays homage to the contrasts that make Japan what it is. It's a patient, harmonious clash between elements rooted in traditional Japanese culture, and others that are a more modern interpretation of it. Architects Sala Hars, who have lived in Japan for many years and worked for some of the country's leading architects, have translated this essence into a visually unique place that blurs the boundaries of time and space.
It's this unique atmosphere that we wanted to recreate in Paris, in the 27/4 building. On the first floor, the OMASAKE bar offers the chance to discover exceptional sakes, and enjoy them over inventive plates to share. Upstairs, sushi chef Tomoyuki Yoshinaga, whose exacting standards are matched only by his creativity, practices his art behind the counter, offering a unique omakase menu. Before or after, the T-Room and K-Room areas are full of surprises, in a nod to Japanese culture and entertainment.
